General introduction of circular vibrating sieve

Operating principle of circular vibrating sieve

Circular vibrating sieve because the sieveing box moves on a circular locus. The vibrating exciter, powered by the motor connected to wedge belts, rotates at a extremely high speed, and makes the sieveing box move. Thus, materials on the sieve will move and the particles smaller than the sieve mesh fall. In the multiple-layered machine, the feed is introduced to the top coarse sieve, the undersize falling through to the finer sieve. Thus a range of sized fractions can be produced by this machine.

 

The usage of circular vibrating sieve

 It should start when there is nothing on the sieve surface, and should avoid start the machine with materials, when the material running steady, then can feed. Stop feeding before stop the machine, and keep there is no material on the surface then stop the machine. Observe the operation of the machine when it is running. If there are abnormal movement or unusual sound, we should stop the machine and examine it, find the causes, and eliminate the troubles.
