The Production Process Flow:

raw material preparation - mix - delivery - extrusion- transportation - tablet -delivery- drying -(packaging)

Device configuration: mix machine- feeding machine- extrusion machine -send wind machine- tablet press - send wind machine, multilayer oven - -(packing machine)

Process:

a.Mix machine: add corn flour or corn residue to nutritional additives and mixing a certain proportion of water.

b.Feeding machine: the mixed raw material to the extrusion machine feeding hopper

c.Extrusion machine: the raw materials entering the extrusion system in the feed hopper, produce small spherical particles.

d. Vibrating screen: to make particles dispersed, avoid overlapping pressed together after into the tablet press.

e.The wind send machine: the particles to the tablet press.

f. Tablet press: the small spherical particles pressed into thin, is the corn flakes.

g. Tablet press: the small spherical particles pressed into thin, is the corn flakes.

h. Multilayer oven: oven for electric oven, the temperature is between 0-200 degree through the control cabinet to adjust, internal stainless steel double mesh bag, baking time can according to the speed adjustment, to remove moisture.

i. Packaging machine: will bake the particles to the crushing machine.
