IV. Corollary Equipment----Fryer:
1. With reasonable design and simple operation, the fryer can be applied to the frying and extrusion of all kinds of fried snack food. Oil temperature can be adjusted according to production process. Deoiling after frying to reduce the oil content of the products at most, thus lowering the products cost and improving the product quality; according to different requirements of different customers from different areas to adopt electro heating, fuel heating and coal gas heating.
