Thirdly, put the led light into the carton.

1. Any inquiry or question from you will be replied in 8 hours.

2. Every led high bay lights must be got 48 hours aging test to ensure them function well.

3. Warranty: 5 years , during this period, if the led high bay light failed, you will get a free replacement.

4. Delivery time: 5 days for sample, 14 days up to 1500pcs.

5. Delivery methods; according to your quantity and requirements, by air, sea and express(DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, EMS)accepted.

Q1. Can I have a sample order for LED light ?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q4. How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
