Directions for Use:

Always inspect compress for cracks or tears before use.

Hot Compress:

1.Place the hot cold pack in boiling water for 2 minutes, or until heated thoroughly.

2.Remove the hot cold pack from water with kitchen tongs.

3.Wrap the hot cold pack in a dry or moist towel and apply to treatment area.(Hot Water Heating Method)

1.Place the hot cold pack in the microwave and heat at full power for 50 seconds. Note that microwave heating times and power may vary.

2.Remove the hot cold pack from microwave. If additional heat is needed increase the time in 10 second intervals.

3.Wrap the hot cold pack in a dry or moist towel and apply to treatment area.(Microwave Heating Method)

Cold Compress:

1. Place the hot cold pack in the freezer for a minimum of one hour.

2. Remove the hot cold pack from freezer,wrap in a dry towel and apply to treatment area.
