4,Use Method

1) If you need sewn the ice packs into cooler bags please put the whole bags in the freezer or refrigerator to freeze 12 hours or above (the exact frozen time depends on the objects you store)

   2)If the ice pack can be taken out please freeze it only for 12 hours and then put in the cooler bags again.
