Q:WHY I HAVE TO GIVE YOU AN ARTWORK IN AI OR PDF FORMAT?WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE ONE?

A:We accept customized bag so if you like printing your own logo or a picture on your bag,then we

have to according to your artwork in AI or PDF format composing avoid mistake and same as your requirement.If you don't have an artwork in PDF or AI format,you can send us a sample bag.

Q:WHAT IS CYLINDER FEE?

A: If you need printing on your bag then we need to make cylinders,one cylinder for one color.

and Cylinder fee is according to your bag size.

Q:WHAT IS MOULD CHARGE?

A:Mould charge is a fee for mould.Stand up bag,special shaped bag, different hole, special size heat seal mould and other customized requirment only.

Q:I THINK THE SHIPPING FEE IS HIGH!
