SJIA03-II UV cross-linking is a versatile instrument 254nm UV radiation system, mainly used for the DNA cross-linking in the membrane. Can also be used to cut DNA in agarose gels, RecA mutation screening to move part of pyrimidine dimers produced by restriction enzyme digestion, UA off to eliminate PCR contamination. UV sterilization, polymer UV treatment also has application value.

Features:

  In order to nucleotide hybridization membrane fixed in the traditional way is to film in a vacuum oven at 80 °C bake 2 hours, while the instrument in the UV cross-linking under UV light at 254nm radiation only a few seconds can be.
