4. Product features
1. The vacuum system uses the combination of seal water pump and oil pump, initially excluded air by high power oil seal pump group rapid pre pumping, maintain vacuum with small power roots water seal pump working group. Can reduce energy consumption and water seal pump and pull in water vapor, to avoid the oil seal pump due to poor drainage performance, water vapor so that pump oil emulsion deterioration, drawbacks and cause system unstable vacuum.
. heating is a closed circulating water system, the three-way regulating valve automatically adjust the amount of heating water circulation system, precise control of heating temperature, and nitrogen automatic constant pressure, ensure the hot water temperature to 120 degC.
. the rear mounted and floating trap water wells, and compared to the explant type cold trap, shortest path, small resistance, water vapor channel design flow capture uniform water, improve water catching efficiency. The unique way of the single cycle refrigeration of ammonia in the water - cooled trap is a special way of refrigeration. Small and medium sized equipment adopts freon refrigeration, by adjusting the expansion valve for flow.
