2.We dis-assemble and re-assemble machine.
3.We clean the hydraulic tank, oil cooler and filter.
4.We check and repair Hydraulic pump.
5.We check and replace defective toggle with new one.
6.We check Clamping Cylinder pressure in good working order.
7.We replace defective hydraulic parts.
8.We inspect Screw & Barrel, to ensure free from injection back-flow.
9.Parts will be replaced if they do not meet the specific tolerances.
10.We check Control Cabinet completely and replace defective parts.
11.We replace oil seals and rings with leakage.
12.We replace defective ball-bearing of electric motor.
13.We test-run machines for at least 24 hours.
14.Machine is re-painted to look new.
