Operating principle
The rotating belt condensation granulator takes advantage of the low melting point feature of the material, according to different viscosity of different flexible hot-melt materials, by particular distributing device, to make the fusing materials to drop quickly and evenly on the steel belt. There is a water return device under the steel belt which can spray cooling water to cool and solidify the fusing material during the course the material is transported to the discharging end.
According to the material properties and operating requirements, the distributing device can make half spherical, strip or slice products by different operation such as continuous dropping, continuous making strip or full width spillover.
Performance features
1. The thin steel belt is adopted for heat transmission and the atomizing spraying is adopted for forced cooling to make the fusing materials congealed and solidified quickly.
2. The distributor and the steel belt both adopt the frequency conversion stepless speed governing device for adjusting the control according to the production capacity and material parameters.
3. Due to the reversing bend of the steel belt at the discharge end, the solidified material can easily separate from its joint surface with the steel belt, which can avoid dust during discharging, protect the particle shape and avoid impurity during scraping.
4. Step control is applied to control the material temperature by intelligence PID temperature controller to make sure the material in steady state and the particle with reliable quality.
5. Subsection cooling is applied which can realize the quick cooling, solidification and granulation by choosing different water temperature in different sections according to the condensation and solidification features.
6. The cordwood combination structure adopted in the moulding device is beneficial for the transportation and installation of large equipment.
