2.What's your delivery time ?

For standard products, our production time is 25-30 days after receiving the deposit no matter how big the quantity is.

3.Is there any minimum order quantity ? Can we order a small order ?

For normal items, our MOQ is 100pcs in general.
For OEM products, we can do it 1 pc.

4.Does your company provide the samples?

Yes, sample is available. Besides, for each order, we will have a pre-production sample to make sure the mass production quality.

5.Can you tell me your warranty and defects replacement process ?

Warranty of all Shangte products are 5 years, it can be extended as per customers' quality specification .

About replacements, each container we ship out will have some FOC accessories just in case.

For vital quality issues, Shangte remake the units or components to ship along with the next order or refund.
