Why my designer make me, lung astray, like this?

I know, when this picture first come to your view, this image is alarming, not like a scenery you travel around must have a light fresh feeling. I ask my designer, why me made like this, who will care me, hold me? My designer look at me seriously, said:''  censors on the frame of the ash tray makes coughing and screaming noises every time the smoker taps his/her ash. This special feature made is to let person remind their health. Maybe the lung in their body could mot tell, but that does not mean the lung is not hurt. So, design you, lung astray, like this really want to help people quit smoking." At that moment, i come to realise lung astray have honored missin to fulfill.
