DIY WPC Outdoor Floor Board

WPC is a mixed new wood material by PVC with more than 35% to 70% of the wood powder, rice husk, straw waste plant fiber instead of by the usual resin adhesive, through extrusion, mould pressing, injection molding processing, then is the finished panel and profile.It Mainly used in building materials, furniture, logistics package, etc. we call it extrusion wood plastic composite plate that is mixed in certain proportion by the plastic and wood powder after hot extrusion.

A: As the difference with the wood, WPC products themselves own color, they need not extra painting. Generally, we provide 8 main colors as Cedar, yellow, red pine, red wood, brown, coffee, light grey, blue grey. And also, we can make special color per your request.

Q: How to ensure not fade?If it fades, how much percentage it will loose?

A: All the WPC product will fade a little after it is exposed to the sun and undergoes the weathering. The anti-UV additives are added to reduce the fading and it will be much suitable for outdoor. During the first 3 months, the colormay change a little, but it will not affect the overall effect. After that, it will become be natural without further change any more.

Q: How to store WPC products?

A: WPC products will be much heavier than the wood with the same volume. It should be placed on the flat ground for long time storage to prevent warping.
