SR204 Electric Dynamic Balancing valve is a new product for fan coil temperature control in HAVC system. It combines dynamic equilibrium and electric switch functions in one compact, high control precision, stable operation.SR204 Electric dynamic balancing valve consists of an electric actuator and a dynamic balancing two-way valve. Widely used in HVAC fan coil system it can also be used in other systems with similar functional requirements.
Features:
Electric actuator is used in the beginning of the valve or as PDM execution control part to control closed loop valve double-way and stability for water heating system or central air conditioning water system, directly installed in water heating system on the backwater line or the thermostatic valve, when the actuator power off, the valve will be closed. Paraffin thrusters, the PTC heating driven pusher with spring reset function. Work noise-free operation, location, or the degree of opening stroke indication.
Functions:
1.Electric switch function: according to control signal from the electric room thermostat, switch function will control actuator to turn on or off.
2.Dynamic Balancing function: When the valve is opened in the working pressure range, the dynamic balancing system changes as the differential pressure changes, the flow rate remains balance and not influenced by system pressure fluctuations.
3.Constant flow or the setting flow: flow rate can be set at the factory according to the air conditioning equipment, the flow rate was maintained as the design of flow rate required by the end device.

Seal air leakage test is based on 80PSIG(6kgf/cm2) inert-gas or the air reach the test pressure, then close the valve. after that check the valve whether it is leakage or not.
