This  epuitment is widely applied for packer,mixer,tablet press machine,vibrating screeningmachine,capsule filling machine and wet-method pelletizer etc.

Principle of Operation

Vacuum charing machine consists of vacuum pump(no oil, no water), stainless steel suction Tsui, transmission hose, PE filter (or 316L stainless steel filter), compressed air cleaning devices, pneumatic discharge door devices, vacuum hopper and feed automatic control devices etc.The entire system designes  reasonably and produces beautifully.

Vacuum charing machine is divided into discharing space and consecutive discharing, discharing space is conducive to lower investment cost of the equipment,and convenient to control the level , Consecutive discharing generally used in long-distance, large production of materials at the time of vacuum conveying. In most cases, we recommend the discharing space to users.

 1)  What material you want to grind, is it dry, what is the size of feed material ?

 2)  What capacity you expect ? (kg/h)

3)  What mesh or mm or micron(size) of the powder you want?

4 ) What voltage you want? For example, 380V 50hz 3p; 440V 60Hz,3p; 220V...etc.

      (We only provide 3P, because our machines are all for industrial use,not for family.)

5)  Usually we use stainless steel 304, if you want stainless steel 316, it's OK and please tell us.
