New season frozen fruit
1. Raw material collection:
a) Purchase exact variety of strawberry as customer’ request, dia >15mm.
b) Pick out substandard fruits like rotten fruit, deformity fruit, and damaged fruits
c) Going through Random Sampling by QC to analyze residual pesticide. Only qualified fruits will be accepted.
2. Roughly classification:
a) Cut out leaf and stalks. no remains allowed.
b) sorted by hands on the station according tospecification of M: 25-35MM S: 15-25mm.
c) Pick out hair, grass crumble, rotten fruit, deformity fruit, and damaged fruits etc.
3. Cleaning and sort
a) Wash away the impurities and earth, sand in running water.
b) Remove impurities and damages.
4. Disinfection: Sopped in 100-150PPM NaCLO at least 60 seconds
5. Cleaning: rinse away unclear thing and disinfectant with running water
6. Quick-freeze
a)Frozen by Quick- freezer, temp -30±5°C, frozen strawberry thickness less than 4cm, freezing time 10-15 min, outlet temperature lower then 0°C.
b) In time freeze in Quick-freeze house, quantity is less then 8 tons each time and for each plate lass than 5kgs.
Temp is lower than 30°C±5°C. in time exist. Freezing time duration 3-4 hours
3) Completely freeze, products center temperature should be under -18°C.
7. classification and sort:
a) with Electric grading sieve machine, switching 20mm,25mm,35mm etc as demand.
b) Pick out substandard fruits like rotten fruit, deformity fruit, and damaged fruits and put into defective goods box.
8. Weighing and pack:
Net weight 2kg, 10kg, 5kg as request of customer
9. Sealed small bag: strongly, smoothly sealed, with no broken part.
Printed words are clear, correct and with no stains.
10. Metal detector:
a) Specimen spec: Fe, dia 1.5mm; Sus, dia 2.5mm
b) to test before and after operation, and test every hour during operation. Different parts of machine need to be detected and can only put in use after it pass ten times of detection in total. Production will be stopped when machine act abnormal. And if problem happens in the middle of production, products needed to be reproduced.
c) Each bag of product must be detected by Metal detector.
11. Encasement:
a) Strong cardboard boxes, clear printed, name, specification and valid date are correct and complete.
b) Number and f form of bags are correct.
c) Strong sealing
12. Refrigeration
a) storage at -18°C
b) Place separately according to different specification, different batch on board. Distance 30cm against wall.
