A: All items available for purchase on the GGEMING  website are in stock. Our inventory is closely linked to the operation

     of the website, meaning that stock errors are almost non-existent. In the extremely unlikely case of a stock issue arising

Q: What if I need an actuator using a Stroke length or Force that you don't stock?

A: We have many other actuator configurations available, and we'd be happy to make a Custom Order for you. Please visit our

     Custom Orders section or contact us with your requirements.

Q: How can I mount your linear actuators?

A: Every linear actuator we sell features mounting holes on each end of the actuator body. Combine these with our mounting 

     brackets (with a 180° turning radius) and you have a full range of mounting solutions. Remember to mount the actuator on 

     something that can bear its weight too.

Q: Do your actuators come with internal limit switches? How do they work?

A: All GEMING actuators come equipped with built-in limit switches. The limit switch stops the actuator once it has hit the end 

     of its complete travel length in either direction, until polarity is reversed. This prevents damage from over-extension and also 

     conserves electricity for low power consumption applications.

Q: How can I reduce the speed of an actuator?

A: All units currently stocked take 12V DC power. This means that if you use say, a 6V power supply, the actuator will operate

     half of its rated speed. For custom orders we can also change the gear ratio from the electric motor.

Q: How do I connect a linear actuator to a rocker switch?

A: For GEMING switches you can simply visit our technical data section and find an assortment of wiring diagrams and guides.

Q: Can the actuator hold a load when partially or fully extended?

A: All GEMING actuators can hold their rated Force weight when stopped at any point along its stroke length. If your actuator is

      rated for 400 lbs, it will hold that amount when stopped, even if the power is disconnected.
