EPSR Interior Decorative Ceiling Cornices Introduction:

EPSR Interior composite decorative material is use of high-density Expandable Polystyrene as base material, through special process surface treatment to achieve material economic used , light weight, transportation and installation convenient , energy saving, environmental protection, low carbon.

EPSR lines(ceiling cornices) is a new generation line after Gypsum, PU, wooden line ,the product involves more widely, more energy saving, more environmental protection, high cost performance.

Indoor and outdoor lines looked similar, actually in the technological requirements and precision extent they make a big difference. Just like, outdoor line is big truck, indoor line is high-grade fine car.

EPSR Material Characteristics:

1. Low construction cost: surface coating has been completed in workshop, and can be saw,pasted, save the construction time.

2. The product is of decay resistance, moisture proof, never mildew.

3. Thermal coefficient is extremely low, don’t bend, don't fall off, not cracked, high durability,light weight ,good hardness, elastic and good toughness, easy to cooperate with engineering arcmodeling, low attrition rate, easy to handle.

4. The product has the synthetic surface, all are in white, according to the need of construction completion it could be done by hand paint or spraying coating.

5. Integrity: completely design and plan can be done in advance, then factory production to achieve primitive simplicity , elegance and liberality.

6. Corrosion resistance: acid and alkali resistant, absolutely no bug eaten, no living termites.

7. Fire prevention: raw material is of B1 fire prevention level, no spontaneous combustion, no support combustion.
