1. What is the MOQ? Can I order less than MOQ?

Usually the MOQ is 20,000 pcs (for small cans) or 15,000 pcs (for big cans). 

We recommend 20GP FCL shipment at least.

If you want the smaller quantity than the MOQ, the prices have to be rised due to 

the printing cost.

2. Can you print our Logo & Brand on the cartridges?

Yes, we can print your Logo & Brand with your customized printing design, any colors.

3. How to get your samples?

Yes, we will send the free samples of 1-5pcs for you to test the quality.

but please provide your express account or afford the freight cost.

4. Can you make samples with our Logo? How long days would we get it?

Yes, we can make samples with your printing design. Usually it needs 8 - 12 days.

5. What is the lead time if I place an order?

Usually it needs 20 - 30 days that the production would be completed.

6. What is the payment term?

Usually we ask for 30% T/T deposit in advance, and 70% T/T balance before shipment.

We also can accept L/C.

7.About the shipping information.Can we use our own shipping agent?

Yes,you can.We had cooperated with many forwarders.If you need,we can recommend

some forwarders to you and you can compare the prices and service.

8. How to guarantee the quality?

Our production is always to follow ISO9001:2008 strictly. And our products are designed 

and inspected according to EN417:2012 standard. We have responsibility to ensure each 

delivery is on our strictest inspection.

9.How about the shipping?

For small orders,we will send the goods by international Express like Fedex,DHL,TNT or UPS,

usually it takes 3-5 work days to arrive.It is a little expensive.If the order quantity is large,

we will ship by sea and arrival time depends on different regions.If urgent,you could select

transport by Air,but freight charge will be more expensive.
