Deep groove ball bearings are the most representative and widely used bearing.It can accommodate axial loads in both directions, in addition to radial loads, even at high speeds.Theay are available for low noise and low vibration.Bearings with mental shields and rubber seals are pre-lubrecated by some grease.Bearing with snap ring and flange on the outer ring.Deep groove ball bearings with filling slots have the same dimensions with standard ones. Filling slot bearings have a higher radial load carrying capacity than bearings without filling slots.

 Deep groove ball bearings mainly take radial load as well as tal moderate axial load.With less coefficident of friction,high limiting speed,large size range and varations of strcture,they are suitable for precision instruments,low noise motors,automobiles,motorcycles,and other common machinery,as a widely used type of bearings in machinery industry.

Application:

Single-row deep groove ball bearings are the most common type of rolling bearings. Their use is very widespread.

In addition to open type bearings, these bearings often have steel shields or rubber seals installed on one or both sides and are prelubricated with grease. Also, snap rings are sometimes used on the periphery. As to cages, pressed steel ones are the most common.

For big deep groove ball bearings, machined brass cages are used.
