Product Introduction:

Luowen Ring Lock Scaffolding is a new type scaffolding, mainly made up of Ring plate, standard, ledger, brace and accessories, it is very welcome in the world market, because of its advantages and widely application.

Character:

1. Simple structure: The main parts include the standard, ledger and brace, it is easy to assemble and disassemble.
2. Flexible in setting up: There are 8 holes of the ring plate, so the ledger and brace could insert into the ring plate in any direction and any pattern, so it could achieve any request of construction.
3. Multi using: According to the specific construction, Ring-lock Scaffolding could be assembled into one or two row with different size, it could also be used for multi construction tools, such as supporting frame, supporting column, materials lifting frame, stage supporting, etc.
4. High loading: The standard actuates axially, this makes the scaffolding in the three-dimensional space, high strength and steady of the structure. The ring plate is good at axial shearing resistant, and makes the axis of each pipe in one plate, so it improves 20% strength and steady performance.
5. Re-used: Luowen scaffoldings are made by high grade steel, they are no easy to damage or out of shape, so it could be used repeatedly.

At the 1998, Mario gave up the comfortable job in Donghai Construction Group and founded the Ningbo Luowen Formwork Co., Ltd. at the first, Luowen Formwork Company had only 3000 square meters factory and 25 workers, Mario was not only the founder, but also the designer,technicist,production supervisor and sales manager, and this was just the rudiment of Luowen Group.
At the 2005, Ningbo Luowen Formwork Co., Ltd. had built its new factory which is of 42 000 square meters area, there are more than 400 employees including professional research and development team,production team,market team and installing team.
Also at the 2005, Ningbo Luowen Formwork Co., Ltd. decided to develop the international market of formwork, and establish the international department immediately, the first sales team included 3 sales then.
From 2005 to 2011, Ningbo Luowen Formwork Co., Ltd. had purchased most stocks of 5 formwork factory in China, and established Ningbo Luowen Group Co., Ltd. the head office is in the South Business District where is the biggest and most modern district in Ningbo city.
