1 Purpose

    Clear aluminum formwork system standard, and manage company product in technique. We shall improve our quality and let our customer satisfy to our product in increasing concrete quality, visual quality and no rendering process to reduce common fault.

2 Scope

   The technique specification is suitable for its designing , producing, construction and technique management of aluminum formwork system.

3 Illustration

    The customer will constructe at a long time with aluminum formwork system. Engineering Management Department analyse this project in consideration of the verticality of wall , smooth , the levelness of the slab, the size of section, visual quality and the challenge of new technology. Meanwhile, we control product from choosing material, designing and processing, erecting and examing formwork system. Please builders are according to specification to constructe. 4 Material selection

4.1 Aluminum Formwork System

4.1.1 Aluminum formwork system use 6061-T6 grade aluminum alloy.

4.1.2 Special mould, the changing part of standard floor can use aluminum material 3003.

4.1.3 The surface of the aluminum alloy uses anodic oxidation treatment.

1.1.1 Formwork designing is on the basis of the style of project, loading, equipment and material.
1.1.2 The design of aluminum panels and shoring must as follows:

(1). This system should suffer load, stiffness and stability, and should be able to have a stable load under new pouring concrete gravity, lateral pressure, wind load and load generated by the construction process.
(2). The structure should simple to convenient to erect and move away. In addition, it facilitates colligation installs steel, pour and cure concrete.

4.5 Steel Shoring and Waler

4.5.1.1.1 We use Q235 steel to shoring ,waler, pin and wedge.

4.5.1.1.2 The size of wealer is 40*60*3mm.

4.5.1.1.3 Steel shoring ,waler ,pin and wedge are managed with Zinc.

4.5.1.1 PVC Duct

Ducts are PVC , needing to use with pull rod. The diameter of duct is 32*3.2

4.5.3Designing Aluminum formwork System

The customer supply all CAD structure drawing and building drawing to us. Our engineer will finish to design formwork system according to them. Then we send formwork drawing to customer to make sure.

4.5.4.1Cutting
4.5.4.1.1The examination of material
The material of aluminum alloy must supply certificate of quality, examination reports, and check the quality before cutting to make sure all parts of material in the range of good quality and smooth.
4.5.4.1.2The cutting of material
We will itemize material for different machine and then process according to the size of material. When we finish to cut them , we will number them to convenient to search.
4.5.4.2Welding
4.5.4.2.1Assembling welding
Our workers will weld semi-finished products according to the drawings our engineer hand down. The four corners need to spot welding. The sidrai needs to weld every 300mm. When all parts are finished, we will exam and adjustment.
4.5.4.2.2Molding welding
When you make sure assembling parts are right, we will continue to molding welding.
(1)Every component must full weld.
(2)Not standard component must weld every 300mm and weld about 50mm.
(3)The height of welding line will not less than 6mm.
(4)Don’t allow to weld less and tack weld.

           At the 2005, Ningbo Luowen Formwork Co., Ltd. had built its new factory which is of 42 000 square meters area, there are more than 400 employees including professional research and development team,production team,market team and installing team.
            Also at the 2005, Ningbo Luowen Formwork Co., Ltd. decided to develop the international market of formwork, and establish the international department immediately, the first sales team included 3 sales then.
            From 2005 to 2011, Ningbo Luowen Formwork Co., Ltd. had purchased most stocks of 5 formwork factory in China, and established Ningbo Luowen Group Co., Ltd. the head office is in the South Business District where is the biggest and most modern district in Ningbo city.
