Capping is an important working procedure after product bottle. Product large quantities usually adopts electric capping machine. 

While medium and small business adopt manual capping in order to save money. However, the degree of tightness can’t be homogenous, it leads to blow-by, exudates, mild and rot.

Our factory has solved this problem. Handhold electric capping gun is consists of capping gun body, capping head, multi-gears transformer. On working, capping head covers the top of cap, the cap head connect with capping 

gun body. Press the button of witch, the cap head rotates and tight the cap within 0.3- 0.5second.  The tightness of capping can adjust cap gun body with the nut of pitch strand. Thereby insure the product quality
