Semi-Automatic Liquid Filling Solutions- Developed by Gloex Selected

•     Suitable for normal or low viscous liquids filling.

•     Anti-corrosive pump design, no metal components inside the filling pump.

•     Micro-computer control and operation parameter setting with LCD display.

•     Easy-adjusting design for filling volume adjustment by filling time setting up **1)

•     Anti-dropping design of the filling nozzle.

•     Automatic filled products counting.

^**1) there are 2 methods of filling time setting up

•  By input the filling time according to the programing procedure
•  Push the bottom “ filling setting” to start filling , once the filling volume reach the volume that you want, push the bottom “ filling setting” again to stop filling , the machine will memorize this filling volume. 

^**2) The semi-automatic control mode means there are 3 filling modes as following

a)          Push “filling switch” to start filling , and automatic stop once reach the set volume

b)          Push “interval filling “ to start fill the set volume with an interval time cycle which can be preset

c)          Push “pedal switch “to start filling , and automatic stop once reach the set volume
