• High density and hardness (between density 1100 and 1200 kg/m3, almost twice than the density of oak). Bamboo is a highly dense and strong. Strand woven bamboo is heat treated and pressed. This unique manufacturing process provides a very hard product with an excellent stability. In addition, strand woven bamboo does not contain knots as wood planks, which increases its life span.
