A: Yes, we welcome custom made jewelry. We will offer 3D artwork for u to check the design before production. 

Q2:what is your MOQ?
A: The MOQ depends on the design and material, usually:
Sliver and brass goods, is 50 pieces per style; 
Sliver and brass earring: 50 pairs per style;
Stainless steel goods, is 100pieces each style;

Q3: How much mold fee will you charge?
A: If goods do not need the mold in production, so have no mold fee, and if the production will use the mold,different style have different mold fee and it's depends on craft.Mold fee is only one time charged, you needn't to pay it next time when you reorder that style.

Q4: How many deposit we need to pay before production?
A: As company rules: 30% deposit need be paid before production. 

Q5:How long is your lead time?
It depends on the quantity you order, but usually is 25-30 working days.

Q6:How about your package?
A: Usually we use PP bag for individual piece, if you have any other special package, like gift or velvet bag, it will be charged at cost.
