Born from WD615C, Weichai WD12 (WD618) series high power marine diesel engine boasts a number of strengths, including increased strokes, compact structure, small size, light weight, low speed & high torque, high performance per liter and high torque reservation, low noise, high reliability and durability, as well as easy maintenance. Equipped with double-circulation water-cooling system with the interior circulation using fresh water to cool the engine while the exterior circulation using double-pipe heat exchanger to cool fresh water by seawater, this series products enjoy longer durability.
The WP4 series have passed the International Association Classification Society Certificates of CCS,ZY,ABS, GL,BV,DNV ,RS and LR.
This series are ideally used on river transport ships, fishing boats and public vessels.
