CW200 family is medium-speed marine diesel engine, adopting four strokes, in line configuration, water cooled system, supercharging system and inter-cooled technologies. It is independently designed, developed and manufactured by Weichai by absorbing advanced technology of its counterparts from both home and abroad. This family has advantages of compact structure, good reliability, high economic performance, easily operation and maintenance. 

The R6160 series have passed the International Association Classification Society Certificates of CCS, ZY, ABS, GL, BV, DNV , RS and  LR.

 They supply ideal power solutions for passenger ships, transport vessels, fishing boats and engineering vessels. They can also be used as auxiliary engines for various vessels or prime power for land Genset and other power equipments.
