Usage:

The product is applicable to the pavement of the ventilation plastic racetrack and the production of the safety ground mats ,the pavement of stadium and playground. And its weak adhesiveness before the cross-linking hardening will not stick to the tools and instruments and thus will facilitate the construction, reduce the usage of organic solvent and save costs. The superiority of this product lies in its resistance from hardening, high elasticity and rebound rate , making more comfortable to footing on it as well as maintaining sound motility.

Usage Instructions

(1)Dusts and moisture should be removed from cement floor and keep the surface clean and dry.

(2)Pour the EPDM granules and PU glue into the agitator with a definite ratio

(3)Pour the EPDM granules and PU glue into construction site after mixing, then use manual trowel or professional paver to strickle the surface.

(4)Use the ethylacetate solvent to wash the tools.

Product Description

The running track or say all-weather athletic running track, is made from PU, synthetic material, including paint, additive, anti-oxygen additive, anti-aging additive, filling, rubber and so on. The surface of running track is made by EPDM rubber granule or PU granule. Plastic and rubber running track is good for sportsmen’s speed and technique, effective for improving sporting achievement, useful for protecting sportsmen form falling down with features of flatness, anti-press, good elasticity, steady performance of physic and chemistry, stand and long-lasting color, long using life. From the pattern, they can be divided into mixing, ventilate, compound and so on. From the appearance, they can be divided into of granule, non-granule, ready-made. The running track can be painted in red, or green, or blue. There are 13mm in competition area, 9mm in non-competition area. For adding thickness area, it is 20-25mm. Running tracks are recognized as the best all-weather sports ground material in the world. Our running track products have been certificated by IAAF. Mixing-type Running Track

1. Introduction: The construction is recognized by IAAF. The sports court has comfortable,

exciting feeling because of the brightly colored sports ground. It is good to improve success it can meet the requirements for professional competitions.

2. Characteristic: unaffected by the climate, high strength, anti-friction, flat, shockproof, anti-skid, elasticity, low temperature and suitable hardness.

3. Foundation requirement:

(1). Asphalt base need to have no crack, no roller compaction traces, no asphalt block ,no oil stain, no dent, no honeycomb and so on.
(2). No block water in basic surface.

(3). Planeness: more than 95% and the acceptable deviation is ±3mm for 3m ruler.
(4).Slope: 5‰-8‰
(5).Density: The density is above 97%.

(6).Water absorption: 6-10%

(7). Maintenance period: above 28℃,more than 28 days.

(8). Please make sure the drainage system in advance

4. Maintaining of top layer

(1) It is suitable for ordinary sneakers, training shoes, canvas shoes and soft rubber shoes.

(2) No driving for any vehicles on running track and avoid strong impact and friction.

(3) Edge cases should be protected. No move and no peeling. If you find any mistakes, please repair it in time.

(4) Stay away from organic solvents,chemicals.

(5) Keep clean, flush it by water, you can clean oil stain with 10% ammonia water or detergent.

(6) No litter cigarette buds around. No gum or sweet drinks.
