Because of our sophisticated powerful heating control system and the most advanced design of heating element and heat distributing system inside the furnace, the glass surface of widthways and lengthways can be heating evenly and equably, with the special design of quenching system and the nozzle, so the glass can be tempered perfectly by a best optimum condition.

The glass will be not distortion and the optical quality is perfect after tempered. The flatness of glass will be excellent as the raw float glass sheet without tempered!
