Our factory have 25 sets of forming equipment, 5 sets of hardening equipment and 1 set of tunnel kiln hardening 

furnace production line which is advanced both domestic and abroad. There are 150 staffs in the factory which 

including 25 quality technician, 15 quality inspection personnel, 10 R&D personnel. The R&D personnel will 

research and development the new product. The quality inspection personnel ensure the quality by the “one 

person one machine”surveillance management system; they be required to hand in the quality report one week one time and have a 

meeting one week two time for discussing the quality improvement and feedback the quality issue. High-class teamwork and top-ranking management creating high-class team of Tianlong. All the requirement that the customer asking we will pay attention to meet.
