1.Applications

To supply 120 volt aerial service for temporary service at construction sites, outdoor or street lighting. For service at 600 volts
or lower at a conductor temperature of 75 maximum.

2.Construction

Concentric strand or compressed 1350-H19 conductor, polyethylene or cross linked polyethylene insulation, concentric strand AAC, ACSR, or 6201 alloy neutral messenger

3.Standards

B-230 Aluminum Wire, 1350-H19 for Electrical Purposes.

B-231 Aluminum Conductors, Concentric-Lay-Stranded.

B-232 Aluminum Conductors, Concentric-Lay-Stranded, Coated Steel Reinforced (ACSR).

B-399 Concentric-Lay Stranded 6201-T81 Aluminum Alloy Conductors.

B-498 Zinc-Coated Steel Core Wire for Aluminum Conductors, Steel Reinforced (ACSR).

4.Using Properties, Aerial bundled cable

a.RatedVolatge:600V

b.Cable installation temperature not less than -20°C

c.Max.temperature of cable at short circuit(The max. duration does not exceed 5minutes)

For XLPE insulation is 250°C.

For HDPE insulation is 150 °C.

d.TheMax. bending radius of cable shall not be less than 20(D+d)mm(D and d representthe nominal overall

diameter of cable and diameter of conductor )
