Our CNC milling machine includes FASTCUT-4050 professional type, FASTCUT-6060 compact type, FASTCUT-6090 simplified type, and so on. Our product features a cast iron body and three-axis ball screw driving. It also features a high processing speed, high precision, simple maintenance and low failure rate. Thanks to the industrial grade ball screw, our CNC milling machine could have great transmission efficiency, enhanced precision and good performance. In addition, servo motor or stepper motor is used as the power source of the product, and it could precisely control the stroke, achieve good accuracy and lower the noise. Meanwhile, the software compatibility is quite good. Our products can be used with multiple CAD / CAM design softwares, such as TYPE3, Artcam, JD, Wentai carving, UG, MasterCAM, PowerMill and others.

Most engraving machine is mainly used for carving, while it is not suitable for processing hard materials. In order to meet the needs of customers, our CNC milling machine combines the function of engraving and milling to process a variety of materials, especially hard materials. It is a high efficiency, high precision CNC machine. Considering the cost, our product is generally small, while it could process materials with maximal size of 600 * 900 * 200mm.

Our CNC milling machine is widely used in mold industry. It could carve a variety of metal mold, wood mold, matrix, wooden aviation mold, etc. The materials it mainly processes are die steel, copper, aluminum, and other metals.

5.Mold adopts high-end configuration, cast iron structure, Germany ball screw, and use table movement to keep machine stable. And it include semi-enclosed type and totally-enclosed type,you can choose the one you need.
