Q2: do you offer FREE sample?

A2:We need to charge for the cost of the sample, however it can be refund if your place 

a lagre order.

Q3: What’s the lead time for average order? What’s the shipping time?

A3: The lead time for average order is 3-4 days, and 3-5 days by express, 25-35 days by sea.

Q4: what kind of packing you are using?

A4: Bubble inside and wooden case outside.

Q5: How do i get my sign installed?

A5: The1:1 installation paper would be sent together with your product.

Q6: Can you manufacture custom shapes, designs and letters?

A6: Yes, we can make the shapes, designs, logos and letters that customer need.

Q7: My sign will be used in outdoor, are they waterproof?

A7: Yes, our products are waterproof.

A10: Please rest assure, the transformer will be provided then.

Q11:What’s the warranty of your products?(led)

A11: The warranty for acrylic is 5 years, for LED is 4 years, for transformer is 3 years.
