1. Q: Can your factory print or emboss my logo on the goods?

   A: Yes, we can print or emboss the hotels logo on the goods or their packing box, for patent     protection purpose, a letter of attorney (letter of authorization) shall be provided for the logo.
   We usually produce goods based on customer’s samples or based on customers’ picture, logo, sizes etc detail information design for customers.

2. Q: Where is your general Loading Port?

   A: Shanghai Port.

3. Q:What are your payment terms?

   A:30% deposit T/T and 70% balance T/T.

4. Q: Can I change the handle colors?

   A: Yes,you can.

5. Q: How can I get some samples?

   A: We are honored to offer you samples freely, please give us your specific requirements, we will try our best  to making our best samples for you at first time.

6. Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?

    

   A:Quality is priority! Every worker keeps the QC from the very beginning to the very end:

    

   1)All raw material we used are environmental-friendly;

    

   2)Skillful workers care every detail in handing the stamping, printing, stitching, packing process;
