Application Material

• All kinds thermal paper, like ATM paper, cash register paper, fax paper, carbonless paper, till paper rolls, thermal label, bond paper, etc.

Main

• Automatic Thermal Paper Slitting Rewinder Machine is with Siemens PLC and Siemens HMI(touch screen) control system, all the parameters are displayed on the monitor.
• Machine is with frequency inverter(2.2kw) to control the motor.
• Machine is with Siemens inverter motor(2.2kw) for feeding, and one motor for automatic loading.
• Machine is with Auto Tucker to tuck in the paper to cores automatically then rewinding.
• Machine is with Red Line Marker which is used to make a red line to the paper roll near to the end.
• Equipped with emergency switch.
• All transmission rollers have been dynamic/static balance treated.
• All the parts are treated by CNC processing to provide high precision.
