Feature

High-strength,steel-alloy cutting knives do not require re-shapening during the knife life of approximately 130 operating hours-knife replacement takes about five minutes

No required knife maintence results in elimination of fire hazards(caused by grinding),uniform and precise cutting results,and dont require the ,machine to be attended full time.

Therefore unlimited knife-rotation,and consequently the shortest possible cutting path.The knife zero position self-adjustment assuring high-precision sharpedged contours .Excellent parallelism and high dimensional accuracy are achieved as the foam is stabilized by the oscillating knife during the cutting process.
