Each cake board is 12 mm thick, wrapped in attractive aluminum foil or PET and are strong enough to support any cake, whether it is heavier fruit, or a lighter sponge. With sizes ranging from 6" to 20", we have a silver cake drum to meet your requirements. For sizes, cake drums boards a general rule is, for a sponge choose a drum 2” larger than the cake, and for a fruit cake, 3” larger.
