Q: Can I get free samples for testing? 

A: We’d love to offer free samples to you. The samples sending procedure will be like this: samples cost and shipping cost, you just pay before the bulk production. And we will refund this cost to you when you place the order.

Q: What is the MOQ of your products?

 A: The MOQ is 500pcs. But if you just need small qty, it’s available as well. But the more qty, the cheaper price.

Q: We'd like to print our logo on the electric kettle and rice cooker, Can you make it? 

A: Yes, packing cartons printing is available as well.

Q: How about the Delivery time? 

A: Usually it’s about 15-25days after deposit.

Q: What is the payment method?

A: Basically, the payment way is bank transfer (T/T), it can be 30% deposit and 70% balance when products are ready before shipment.

Q: What is the After-sale service system do you have?

A: Firstly,we have a very professional quality control system to ensure the exported products are without quality problems. If there is any problem of them when you receive, pls send the products samples back to our company for checking.(We are pretty sure the quantities of products with problems won't be large). We will refund you the cost of the products with problems or resend fine goods to you again.
