• This machine is used for stock removal of heat treated balls and also to control the ovality and improve good surface finish.
• The machine consists of one abrasive wheel and one gap plate of alloy cast iron.
• Also four diamond dressers are used to dress the abrasive wheel.
• These diamonds automatically dresses the abrasive wheel with a special attachment while grinding machine is working.
• The loading capacity of this machine is 250 Kgs. And power consumption is 17 HP  (with Drive Type of Dyno Drive or Frequency Drive)  with 30 KW planetary gear box.
