Operating Temperature: | 50~104°F (10~40ºC) |
Method of Application: | Peel and patch |
Instruction: | 1. Use only in well-ventilated area. General indoor ventilation may be adequate. 2. Clean the surface to be repaired thoroughly and keep dry. It is recommended to wipe off the dust/ oil with 50% alcohol solution. 3. Peel off the backing paper and stick the patch to the surface, fully covering the leaks/seams/holes/slits. Press firmly to force out any air bubbles. 4. Place a piece of aluminum foil on the ironing board. This will be the working area. 5. Put the fabric and the patch on the ironing board, with the damaged area above the aluminum foil. Cover the patch with a pressing cloth. Pre-heat iron to cotton setting and set it to dry mode instead of steam mode. 6. Press the iron flat on the patch for about 10 to 20 seconds. Do not move iron back and forth. The heating melts adhesive so that adhesive sticks deeply to the fabric. 7. Take away iron and allow the patch to cool down. Inspect the patch before re-inflating or re-use the repaired product to make sure it is securely attached to the fabric. |
