  A:  Etindge will send the templates or die cut in ai or .pdf file,  you could fill your design on the die cut.and send back to Etindge,we will help you confrim the design is OK or not.

 2. How to transfer your videos to us? 

A:  upload my flare account.

3. How to deal with defective products

A:  Each product would be inspected for 3 times from the raw material till finished products.  If any defective, the client should send the photos or videos of the defective products to us, sometimes will send the defectives back at Client's freight cost;  Etindge replace it and send it to client at Etindge's freight cost.  or maybe we will send to client next order.
