In the posterior segment of ophthalmic surgeries the doctors has the need for multiple instruments connected to a surgical device, which creates a big mess of wires above the patient.
This disadvantage is even greater when the equipment falls, contaminating and damaging the material. This also can delay the surgery by the need to return the material, generating more losses and expenses.
Thinking about it and looking the above problems, the inventor and also ophthalmologist doctor, Ricardo de Matos Chiconelli developed a "Surgical Organizer".
This is a surgical field made of disposable material that must be put on the patient's chest and has divisions to detailing the instruments stored there, facilitating the organization of surgical devices and making the surgery more safely.
