CRXZ816 is our company improved common rail injector and pump test bench. It adapts highaccuracy fuel flow sensor to calculate the fuel amount automatically; Bosch fuel pump, common rail and pressure control valve to drive, pressure can reach to 2000 bar. With full database of electrical injectors and pumps, computer control operation, can meet most needing in the diesel vehicles’ testing and maintenance.

 

 

 

1. Automatical fuel flow testing by flow sensor.

Imported flow sensor, highaccuracy and long service life, it is not influenced by the fuel temperature and high pressure, can feel the very tiny fuel wave, to ensure the exacting testing of injection.

2.stable common rail pressure control by the Bosch common rail, DRV valve, max pressure reach to 2000 bar.

Fuel temperature is controlled with the cooling and heating device inside the machine, and with temperature sensor to send the signal to the computer.

1)Common Rail Injector Testing.

Can test Bosch, Denso, Delphi, Siemens, Caterpillar injectors and so on.

 1.Test up to 6 injectors at one time.

2. Test conditions include cleaning, pilot injection, middle load, full load, idle and sealing.

3.All testing parameters displayed on the computer: fuel pressure, pump speed, pump PWM, DRV PWM, fuel temperature and flow amount.

4. Selflearning function to create new injector plans by testing and save as the standard data.

1.Can test Bosch CP1,CP2,CP3. Delphi CRSP, Denso HP1/HP2/HP3/HP4, Siemens DCP pumps and so on.
