1)Common Rail Pump Test:

1.Test BOSCH CP1/CP2/CP3,DELPHI CRSP, DENSO HP0/HP1/HP2/HP3/HP4, SIEMENS DCP pump and so on.

2.Measure the feeding and return volume, pump chamber pressure, feeding pressure,check sealing performance, and functions of ZME valve.

2)Common Rail Injector Test:

Test BOSCH, DENSO, DELPHI,SIEMESN injectors.

1.Test up to 4 pcs injectors at any one time.

2. Automatic high-pressure cleaning.

3Test the oil injection and oil return under the circumstance of sealing, pilot injection, idle operation, full load.

4 Create, edit, view, save test plans easily.

3)Mechanical pump testing:

1.Testing 12-cylinder fuel injection pump. Pump A,AD,M,MW,P,VE,VA,ZW,Z and so on pumps

 2. Measuring each cylinder delivery at any speed.

3. Checking of each cylinder injection timing with static .

 4. Check the pneumatic control performance.

 5.Check gas film governor negative pressure performance.

6.Check in advance (advance angle) performance (optional).

7.Check the mechanical governor.

8.check the pneumatic governor.

9.check the vacuum capacity of governor.

10.check the pressure compensators.(LDA)

11.Measure the internal pressure of distributor pump body.

12.Test the electromagnetic valve of distributor pump.

13.check the transfer pump.

14.Check the VE pump.
