HYDRAULIC FOUR COLUMNS BRIDGE TYPE CUTTING MACHINE

 

The machine uses the long-span bridge type structure, while both the cross beam and side beam are oil immersed. And the machine can automatic move and adjust the blades. The four columns hydraulic elevation system meets the requirement of both the the stable and fast elevation and the slow march of blades( frequency conversion available according to clients request). The horizontal cutting movements is controlled by the central computer,setting up a special protection facility for the elevation and movement of the side beams. During the process, the block can be put in the floor directly, saving the cost of the worktable and its maintenance cost. The whole machine is featured with its high precision, stable performance, high production efficience,easy operation and maintenance, particularly suits for the development of international stone's processing. 

Features:

I.          It is equipped with oil-immersed guide way for crossbeam and edge beam. while the slide track adopt dust proof to ensure the precise guide movement & long lifespan

II.        Crossbeam is made of strong cast iron to avoid distortion after long term use.

III.      . Blocks are cut automatically individually

IV.     Blocks are cut directly on the ground or on block table as required, with blade input speed flexibly adjusted by variable frequency adjustable speed system according to slab character.

V.       It is under computer control and works by program automatically.
