The three cylinder dryer is mainly used for drying wet crushed materials, block material and powder materials, such as slag, sand, coal, mineral, ore, Clay, wood chips, sawdust, chemicals and so on.

 

 

 

 

Working priciple of 3-Cylinder Tailings Rotary Dryer:

Combined with the input system, there is fan and burner devices. And for the discharge system, there s discharge device and dust collector and other devices which are designed according to the customer's requirement.

The material first go into the inner drum, as there are the spiral lifting blades in the drum, when the drum rotates, the lifting blades stir the material and make the material do longitudinal movement, when the material reach the right side of the drum, with the gravity effect, the materials go into the second drum, because of director plate device, the material go into the second drum ,and with the same work principle ,the materials go into outside drum, in the whole drying process, the materials pass three rotary drum, be dried completely.
