Introduction of sand washer;
sand washer is widely used in gravel pits, mining, building materials, transportation, chemical industry, water utilities, concrete mixing stations and other industries in the washing of the material. small sand washer can be divided into two types: GX type and XL type. It can remove the impurities covered the surface of sand and gravel, while damage to the water vapor coated the layer of sand to facilitate the dehydration, plays washing sand cleaning role.
Washing:
The stone is feeding into the sediment pool from the feeding box, acting by rotating screw blade, the stone is turning and rolling and grinding each other to eliminate impurity and water-air layer around sand to facilitate de-water. The fresh eater rising current from the porous plate carry foreign matter to water surface and overflow the weir plate, to finish washing processing.
De-watering:
The stone with bigger density is sunken down to tub bottom, the screw blade push this sand upwards, when passing through upper tub of proper length above water level, the water is draining into sediment pool from another drainage ditch, the de-watered sand is out from the discharging opening.
Classifying:
Material classifying is realized by overflowing the non-needed fines, the controlling method is adjusting height of overflowing weir and adjusting speed of screw
Work principle of sand washer;
1.When sand washer works, motor through V-belt, reducer, gear to slow down for driving impeller slowly rotating. The sand goes into the wash trough from the feeding trough, sand is rolling under the impeller driven, and grinding, remove impurities which is covering sand surface. While destroy the vapor layers which coated the sand, in order to dehydration;
2. Add water for forming strong water flow, remove impurities and a small proportion foreign body away in time, and discharge from the overflow port on wash trough, Complete the cleaning function.
3. The clean sandstone is taken away by the blade, at last, sand is poured into discharging trough by rotating impeller, complete the cleaning function.
