Application

In the factory of road construction, bridge construction and building construction etc, which often needs  Gravel and Sand Crushing Product Line together, the set of the production line equipment can satisfy the application to stone and artificial sand production in the same time.

 Brief introduction :

The raw materials are first put into elementary-crushing machine for crush, and then the belt conveyor transfers the elementary products to the secondary-crushing machine for secondary crusher. The secondary products will be separated into two kinds by the vibrating screen. The parts satisfying the standard will be conveyed to the sand-making machine and the other parts will return to the secondary-crushing machine. The parts into the sand-making machine will be the finished products after being washed in the sand-washing machine. The other parts will be for the secondary crush.

Gravel and Sand Crushing Product Line contains jaw crusher, impact crusher (sand making machine), vibrating screen (circular vibrating screen), sand washing machine, the belt conveyor.

Now most of the manufactured sand is medium, coarse sand. HSM designed and manufactured a new type crushing equipment---box type crusher which is particularly suitable for the sand making production line. It can meet the crushing requirement of sand making plant and save energy 50% than traditional production line as well as save equipments cost.
